Get help with your account, subscriptions, privacy requests, app access, and safety-related product questions.

Subscriptions

iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple. Web subscriptions are managed through the billing portal inside Supplemented after sign-in.

  • Use Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling.
  • Use Manage Billing on the Upgrade screen for web subscriptions.
  • Email support with your account email, platform, plan name, and whether the issue is Apple or Stripe billing.

Safety Questions

Supplemented is an information and tracking tool. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Ask a qualified clinician before changing medication or supplement routines.
  • Seek urgent medical help for severe or unexpected symptoms.

Response Window

Support messages are reviewed as soon as practical. Include your device type, app version, account email, and a short description of what happened. Never email full medical records or payment card numbers.
