These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Supplemented mobile and web application ("Supplemented", "the app", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Supplemented is a personal tracking and education tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, exercise, or wellness routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication. Information about supplements, interactions, and dosages is provided for educational purposes only and may be incomplete or out of date.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA / UK) to use Supplemented. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Supplemented offers optional paid subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed by Apple under the App Store terms; subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or via the billing portal in the app.
Anything you log or attach (your stack, journal entries, photos) remains yours. You grant Supplemented a limited licence to store and display that content back to you in order to operate the Service.
The Supplemented name, logo, app, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any of that ownership to you.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supplemented and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
